This was a deserved win for the visitors, who started the away game strong but saw the hosts lead 1-0 in the first half, thanks to a goal from Ömer Toprak.

Vincent Aboubakar equalized for Beşiktaş with a header in the 54th minute before captain Cenk Tosun sent a ball into the net during a scramble, thus giving the advantage to the Black and White 1-2 in the 84th minute.

In the 89th minute, the indomitable Lions captain scored his second of the match to make it 1-3. This is his second brace since returning to Besiktas.

So far, Aboubakar has now scored 10 goals in 13 matches in the Super Lig, while his club Besiktas seats second with 68 points, two points behind the league leaders Galatasaray.
