Tegemo Emmanuel, the captain and leading scorer for YOSA, dislocated his shoulder in their matchday 18 loss to Fovu of Baham and may be out for up to 10 weeks.

The prospective Cameroon international was pulled off the field in tears after receiving care on the field after suffering the injury at the Mbouda stadium.

Tegemo was taken by ambulance to the hospital for additional care. Despite the lack of communication regarding the severity and length of the damage, such injuries typically take 10–12 weeks to fully recover from.

Tegemo has served as YOSA's go-to weapon in prior seasons and this one, so the injury is a significant setback.

Tegemo has scored six goals in 15 appearances for coach Anumewa Frankline's Northwest outfit this season as they fight to avoid the bottom.

If Tegemo decides to leave his present club after his contract expires, he will miss the final six games of the season and may have played his final match for the team where he first played.

The player has been on the roster of the 2013 Cameroon Cup champions for the last five seasons.
