The new Head Coach of Rangers FC, Bafut Nguepkep Sylvanos, has signed four new players to join his team in the MTN Elite Two Championship, which starts on October 11, 2023.

Transfer News: Rangers FC Strengthens Squad Ahead Elite Two Kick-off 

Rangers FC Brought in Kaze Benjamin Nguele, Mejang Denis Wanki, Detio Mbougou Romaric, and Fon Perkins Kevin in a series of incomings to strengthen the team who finished in midtable last season.

The team management published the news on social media after a busy day of Signing at the team's headquarters in Bamenda, North West Region of Cameroon, on October 7, 2023.

Goalkeepers Fon Perkins Kevin and Kaze Benjamin both signed two-year deals. 

Perkins Hilltop Strikers of Bamendakwe and impressed coach Nguepkep during last season's Regional Mini-interpools, helping them reach the Semi-finals. 

Meanwhile, Striker Mejang Denis Wanki is returning to Rangers FC, where he began his Elite career before leaving for Eding Sport de la Lekie. 

The attacker penned a two-year deal and will be poised to make an immediate impact as Rangers FC of Bafut target accession into Elite One this season.

The Club also signed Detio Mbougou Romaric on a season-long loan from Options Sports. 

The left-back brings experience and calm to that Rangers backline. 

Rangers FC of Bafut equally Signed Festus Kuaban as part of Head Coach Nguepkep Sylvanos' backroom Staff.

Rangers FC of Bafut was drawn in Pool B alongside TKC, Renaissance, YAFOOT FC, Aigle Royal, Racing Bafoussam, and Djiko FC.

They begin their 2023/2024 MTN Elite Two campaign with a game against YAFOOT FC on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, in Yaoundé.
