Indomitable Lions manager Rigobert Song Bahanag has published his list of 24 players to face Russia and Senegal in Friendly games, which will take place on the 12th and 16th of October, 2023 respectively.
Indomitable Lions Friendlies: Castelleto, Ngom Bekeli Recalled
The game against the Teranga Lions of Senegal will be played at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis in Lens, France, four days after facing Russia at the Dynamo Stadium in Moscow.
There were no sweeping changes to the group that was selected for the 3-0 victory over Burundi last month, with 20 players maintaining their spots in the Lions.
There was, however, no place for Enzo Tchato, Regis Mughe, Oum Guet, and Ben Elliott Njongue.
The 24-man team includes recalls for FC Nantes' Jean Charles Castelleto and Jerome Ngom Bekeli (Sheriff Tiraspol ) and a first-ever National team call-up for Toulouse attacker Frank Magri.

It will be the third time Cameroon is facing Russia.
The first meeting between the two teams was in the 1990 FIFA World Cup, where Russia thrashed Cameroon 6-1 in the group stage.
The second meeting was a 0-0 draw in a friendly match at the Redbull Arena in Salzburg on June 7th, 2011.
The match against Senegal will be the 13th confrontation between the two African giants, with both teams having 5 victories,5 defeats, and 3 draws.
The two friendlies will allow coach Rigobert Song to give new players some game time as Cameroon prepares for the World Cup 2026 Qualifiers in November and the African Cup of Nations in January next year.
