Cameroon MTN Elite One Club, Les Astres FC de Douala, has completed a deal to transfer Ivan Cabral Djantou Tchaboutang to a first-division club, KF Shënderbeu, in Albania.
The management of KF Shënderbeu made the agreement public after a few training sessions with the former Striker of Les Astres de Douala, who finally agreed to sign with the club till 2026.

Born in Douala, Ivan began his career at the Brasseries du Cameroon Football Academy. The young striker left that Academy and continued plowing his trade with MTN Elite One Club Les Astres of Douala in 2022.
After a season with MTN Elite One side, Les Astres has agreed to give Ivan Djantou a chance to embrace his first international soccer journey.

KF Shënderbeu sit 4th in the Albanian National Championship with 12 points. Ivan is expected to join Coach Migen Memelli's energetic squad and make his debut after the international break as they look forward to a ninth league title.
The 21-year-old striker debuted for the U23 Lions of Cameroon in 2022 and contributed to a 3-2 win over Angola in the U-23 Africa Cup Classification 2nd round.
Ivan Djantou is one of many Cameronian internationals who have signed into Western clubs this season. This season's transfers are set to spark a new face in Cameroonian Elite football and inspire young talents to perform better.
